Up on offer are 5"gauge train bogies for passenger coaches for miniature steam trains
I inherited these bogies from my late uncle who had a interest in building his own miniature steam train ( 5" gauge ) layout and because I have no use for them currently, I would like to sell. The money from this sell will go to the maintenance/tools and upkeep of my miniature steam locomotive.
These bogies have been hand built and their build quality and workmanship is excellent. These bogies would ideally be suited for someone who wants to pull passengers with their locomotive ( I have 3X passenger frames available that need some paint work and light work on them - ( please contact me for further details )
There is some slight surface rust on the bogies as they have been standing in a garage for +- 5 years in storage, BUT there is ABSOLUTELY nothing else wrong with them.
There are 3 sets ( 6 bogies ) that are available, and am asking R1500 (Negotiable), I enquired the price to make one bogies from scratch and the price I have on offer is a give away! These are BRAND NEW and have never been used! , so if you have some coaches without wheels, all you need to do is to pop them on and shout " All Aboard !! "
